ABOUT THE POSITION
We at Inre Kraft are currently looking for personal assistants for a meaningful and rewarding assignment with one of our child clients in Sävast. We are currently offering 2 permanent positions as well as summer temporary positions!
The work involves accompanying her to school on weekdays. In the evenings and on weekends, you work with the girl in her home environment. You work closely with her in all tasks and contribute to creating safety, development, and quality of life in her daily life.
This is an assignment with extensive care and supervision responsibilities, where you as an assistant need to be present, attentive, and confident in your role.
Position 1: Permanent position 92%, work scheduled on weekdays from 07:00-16:00 and one weekend per month from 09:00-21:00.
Position 2: Permanent position 71-75%, work scheduled on weekdays from 07:00-16:00 and 16:00-21:00, as well as every other weekend from 09:00-21:00.
Summer Temporary Position: During the period June-August with the possibility to work weekdays from 07:00-16:00 and 16:00-21:00, as well as weekends from 09:00-21:00.

ABOUT THE CLIENT
You will be working with a lovely 8-year-old girl who enjoys singing, books, and play. She values presence, safety, and the opportunity to share small and large moments together with her assistant.
At birth, she suffered from oxygen deprivation, which has led to extensive brain damage, multiple disabilities, intellectual disability, and epilepsy. She has extensive care needs and requires constant supervision as well as support in all parts of her daily life.
This means that you as an assistant are responsible for both basic care and medical tasks. She needs help with:
Personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and meals
Transfers and medication
Communication and social interaction
Daily routines at home and school
She uses assistive devices such as a hoist, suction machine, and feeding tube, and you will receive introduction and support to feel confident in all tasks.
