ABOUT THE POSITION

At Inre Kraft, we are currently looking for casual staff as needed and summer replacements for our female client in Svensbyn, just outside Piteå. Opportunity for lots of work! This client always requires double staffing.

The working hours are as follows:

  • 08:00–15:00

  • 15:00–22:00

  • 22:00–08:00 (awake night shift)

Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start your introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman in her mid-60s living with ALS. She needs your help as an assistant in her daily life to live as independently and meaningfully as possible. She communicates in writing via a communication device and through eye-tracking technology.

The duties include:

  • Support with daily routines, such as household chores

  • Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals

  • Assistance with transfers

  • Communication support

The client uses a wheelchair, a lifting device, and communication aids.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people. You are sensitive, proactive, and engaged. Personal suitability is of great importance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language

  • Driver's license and access to a private car – to commute to work

  • Tolerance for fur animals – there is a cat in the home

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in healthcare and social care

  • Willingness to undergo medication delegation training

Employment level: Casual staff as needed + summer replacement

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

You can easily download the certificate of personal details from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record). From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning the register check will cover both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Please note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
