Personal Assistants and Substitutes Wanted for 32-Year-Old Man in Rosvik

Do you want a meaningful job where you make a real difference in another person's daily life? We are now looking for personal assistants and substitutes for a 32-year-old wheelchair user who lives in his own apartment in Rosvik.

About the Assignment

In the role of a personal assistant, you are a support in all aspects of his daily life. He needs help in the morning, during the day, in the evening, and at night. This includes, among other things, support with personal care, meals, transfers, household chores, activities, and structure in everyday life.

He usually participates in day activities three days a week, but is at home during the summer. The work is based from his home in Rosvik, where the assistants are present to help him achieve a safe, functional, and meaningful daily life.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is secure, sensitive, responsible, and treats others with respect. You must be able to work independently, take responsibility, and collaborate well with other assistants and relatives. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and chemistry.

• You are calm, patient, and have a genuine interest in helping others.
• You are flexible and can work both scheduled shifts and on-call.
• You are detail-oriented and can follow routines.
• Experience in personal assistance or care is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Working Hours and Employment

We are looking for both personal assistants and substitutes who can work when regular staff is absent, for example during vacation, illness, or other leave. Working hours vary and may include days, evenings, nights, and weekends. On-site introduction is provided.
