We are now looking for a Senior Specialist in Kubernetes and container platforms who wants to take technical leadership in our continued platform development.

Your role – platform, automation, and security at the center

As a Senior Specialist in Kubernetes and container platforms, you will become our technical expert in cloud-native and container-based operations. You will work closely with development teams, architects, and product owners to create a robust, automated, and secure platform for tomorrow's digital services.

You will:

• design, implement, and further develop our Kubernetes clusters
• drive work within DevSecOps and platform security
• build and further develop GitOps and CI/CD pipelines
• develop monitoring, logging, and observability
• coach teams in modern platform technologies and ways of working
• contribute to long-term sustainable, automated, and scalable solutions

We are looking for someone who…

…has strong technical drive and thrives in complex environments where stability, security, and automation are central parts of everyday life.

You are analytical, solution-oriented, and accustomed to taking responsibility for technical wholes. At the same time, you have the ability to make advanced technology understandable for different target groups and enjoy sharing knowledge with others.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability, where good collaboration skills, responsibility, and sound judgment in complex technical environments are central.

The successful candidate has

• several years of experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• deep competence in Linux, networking, and container technology
• experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform, Helm, or Ansible
• experience with GitOps and CI/CD in modern development environments
• experience with monitoring and observability tools
• very good communication skills in Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have experience with

• certifications such as CKA, CKAD, or CKS
• experience with OpenShift, Rancher, or similar platforms
• experience with DevSecOps and security-hardened environments
• experience from the public sector or other regulated businesses
• experience with platform security, secrets management, and policy management

Terms of Employment

Location: The position is located at one of the Migration Agency's main cities: Norrköping, Stockholm, Malmö, or Gothenburg.

Employment type: Permanent employment with a six-month probation period.

Start date: By agreement.

Working hours: Full-time, office hours.

Remote work: There is an opportunity for some remote work based on the business's needs and conditions.
