Are you ready to take a central role in our commercial development?

We are now looking for a Commercial Specialist who wants to drive our business forward through analysis, structure, and business insights. This is a key function where you will work closely with both management and our HQ in Italy. You will play a vital role in optimizing sales, improving processes, and ensuring that our commercial strategies are implemented effectively, as well as strengthening our position in the Nordic markets.

As a Commercial Specialist, you are responsible for analyzing and monitoring business results and supporting the organization with data-driven insights and operational support.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Analyze sales data and KPIs
• Create and adapt reports on sales, products, and inventory
• Work with pricing, price lists, markups, and campaign management for both retail and e-commerce
• Manage and develop reports and analyses in business systems
• Coordinate campaigns and commercial activities
• Support stores with operational issues such as deliveries, campaigns, and price lists
• Responsible for budget preparation and follow-up
• Prepare presentations and decision-making materials for management and HQ
• Work with incentive models, bonus calculations, and competitions
• Maintain ongoing contact with HQ and support Brand Managers in their daily work

Who are we looking for?

To thrive in the role of Commercial Specialist, we see that you are analytical, structured, and enjoy a role where you can combine numbers with business understanding. You are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and have a good ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment. We also believe that you are a team player who contributes to good collaboration. Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you had a genuine interest in, or experience from, retail and an understanding of the industry's dynamics.

Additionally, you have:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, business administration, or marketing)
• 1–2 years of experience in similar roles
• Very strong analytical skills and a strong interest in data
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and good familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
• Experience with business systems and reporting tools is an advantage
• Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing

The position is a permanent contract with a 6-month probation period.
