Description

Munkfors Municipality is now seeking an engaged and qualified teacher with a subject combination of Mathematics, Natural Sciences (NO), and Technology for teaching in grades 7–9.

The organization is divided into two work teams: grades 4–6 and 7–9. Each work team is led by a team leader and has regular meetings where teachers, together with various professionals from student health services, work on common issues regarding students' learning and well-being. The school is characterized by a positive and forward-looking culture where development work is a natural part of everyday life.

At Forsnässkolan, collaboration is a self-evident part of the work. The student health team has a clear presence in the school's operations and works closely with other staff to create a safe and supportive environment for all students.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with a teaching degree in Mathematics, Natural Sciences, and Technology. You are experienced, have good subject competence, and a strong commitment to contributing to students' development and learning.

As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and have a desire to constantly develop. You enjoy trying new working methods and have an open and solution-focused approach in your teaching. You are an engaged educator with a clear student focus, someone who wants to make a difference and create added value for the students we share responsibility for every day.

We place great emphasis on your ability to be a clear pedagogical leader and a good role model. Here you are given the opportunity to be involved in the school's development and to influence the operations in a positive direction.

Special competence or experience working with students with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPD) is considered meritorious. Great importance is also attached to personal suitability.

Terms of Employment and Salary

In connection with a potential employment, you must be able to present a current extract from the Police's criminal record.

Probationary employment may be applied.

Individual salary setting applies for the position. The preliminary salary level for the position normally lies within the interval of 36,150–46,600 SEK per month. The final salary is determined based on a combined assessment of education, experience, competence, and the content of the assignment.

The position is classified according to AID: 401011.
