AdRelevance is a leading agency in e-commerce marketing. Focusing on their customers' profitability and using in-house developed tools, they work together with e-commerce businesses to create long-term profitable growth. They are now looking for an Economy and Office Administrator who thrives in structured and independent work.

Job Description
As an Economy and Office Administrator, you are responsible for important economic and administrative tasks, the correct and efficient handling of economic transactions, and ensuring that daily economic and office administration runs smoothly. The role requires great focus and attention to detail, as well as excellent organizational skills.

The work involves:

  • Responsible for customer invoicing and supplier invoices, as well as handling incoming and outgoing payments.
  • Administer onboarding of new customers and ensure documentation, systems, and internal processes.
  • Develop, maintain, and administer Fortnox to ensure efficient and user-friendly processes.
  • Compile and administer payroll data, expenses, and reimbursements to the external accounting firm.
  • Coordinate and provide documentation for auditors and authorities.
  • Handle and maintain ongoing documentation, administration, and internal routines.
  • Act as a contact person for administrative matters for employees and external partners.
  • Provide administrative support to management and handle varying ad hoc tasks.

The role involves a flexible hybrid setup with great opportunities to work from home. Office attendance is expected to be approximately 1–2 days per week.

Competency Requirements & Experience
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and thrives in a role where details, quality, and responsibility are in focus. You have strong administrative skills and are motivated by working independently with varied tasks.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

  • Experience from an administrative role with economy-related tasks.
  • Experience working in Fortnox as well as good knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
  • Good numerical understanding and a meticulous and structured work approach.
  • Good organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate professionally in Swedish and English.
  • Experience handling confidential information with high integrity.
  • A positive and solution-oriented attitude, as well as the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
