Our client has autism and needs help in daily life to ensure everything functions as it should. You will spend a lot of time outdoors and engage in many fun activities. On a rainy day, we imagine you baking, watching a movie, or playing games. Regardless, this is a joyful assistance role where you are truly needed and essential for positive adventures.

About the client:

Our client is a 14-year-old boy living in Årjäng with autism. He is a happy and positive person who loves various activities such as being in nature, cycling, jumping on a trampoline, and baking. He needs help with his daily living, which means you will assist with personal care and ensure that his days are as good as possible.

Requirements and job information:

To succeed in the role of assistant for this client, you must primarily be responsible, alert, and enjoy doing activities. We believe you have good physical fitness to keep up with all the adventures you will undertake. We are looking for either an active person with good physical fitness or an older person who can take on a "grandmother/grandfather" role. Experience with autism is a plus.

We are recruiting continuously.

Working hours:

Currently, it is daytime hours. More working hours may become available for the right person.

Requirements:

• Car and driver's license
• Provide an extract from the criminal record register for work with disabled children.

Being an assistant:

Being a personal assistant is responsible, believe nothing else. You can say that you are someone else's "arms and legs," helping with things the person can no longer do themselves. This may involve helping with everything from taking a walk to getting dressed. Sometimes you cook or help the client with showering and toilet visits, depending on the client's conditions.
