I am a 16-year-old girl looking for a new personal assistant for daytime shifts on weekends. I have a disability and need help with various daily tasks. You will work closely with me and be an important part of my daily life.

The job involves being available for all tasks. You are responsible for creating a calm, safe, and stable environment and ensuring that the day proceeds in a good and secure manner.

Who are you?

I am looking for someone who is sensitive, empathetic, and responsible. You have a genuine interest in working with people, are flexible, and adapt easily to different situations. Experience in care work or within healthcare and support services is advantageous, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personality and your ability to treat others with respect and care.

• You are meticulous and have good judgment.
• You can work independently but also collaborate well with others.
• You have good communication skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Experience working with teenagers is an advantage. It is important that you are someone who sees me as a whole person and can independently plan and structure my daily life. You should view this as a long-term position, as it takes time for me to get used to new assistants. You must have fluent Swedish skills in both speech and writing, as this is important for communication and documentation.

Having a nursing assistant education is a big plus, but most importantly, you must be secure, sensitive, and willing to be part of my daily life.
