A happy and active girl in Luleå is now looking for personal assistants to help her achieve a secure and meaningful everyday life. Playing with dolls, balls, watching TV/movies, and outdoor activities are some of her interests. We are looking for you who want to work as a substitute on an as-needed basis.

The girl uses a wheelchair and therefore needs help with daily routines such as personal care, medication, cooking, and cleaning. You will also provide support during leisure activities and other social situations. Transfers are part of the work, and lifting aids are available.

Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate is a happy, empathetic, responsible, and patient person who is willing to take initiative. Since the girl cannot speak for herself, it is important that you are attentive and observant. Previous experience in similar roles is meritorious but not a requirement.

We require that you are a non-smoker and, due to allergies, do not own any fur-bearing animals. Proficiency in Swedish is also required.

What do the shifts look like?
The assistance is based at the girl's home, where her mother, father, and siblings also live.
Working hours are scheduled from 09:00–21:00 / 15:00–21:00 on weekdays and weekends. Occasionally, there is a need for the assistant to work extra during the night (sleeping on-call).

Other: God Assistans cares for its assistants, has a collective agreement, and offers a wellness benefit of up to 4,000 SEK/year.
In accordance with God Assistans policy, we require a criminal record extract for everyone working with children.
