Description of duties

As a teacher and mentor in preschool class at Lindbacken School, you work in a work group together with several colleagues in the preschool class. You will have the opportunity to make a difference for our students by contributing your competence, knowledge, and commitment. With the student at the center, you work to ensure the school reaches its goals. You plan, implement, evaluate, and develop the pedagogical work according to the curriculum and other regulatory documents.

We strive for collegial learning, where you develop the operations in close collaboration with your colleagues. Together, you work to ensure that all students thrive and develop based on their individual prerequisites. This position is a fixed-term employment with an effective date from 2026-08-10 to 2027-06-11.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a teaching license with eligibility to teach in years F–3. Experience teaching in preschool class is considered an advantage. As a person, you are pedagogical and have an understanding of students' different prerequisites for acquiring knowledge. In your teaching, you try to adapt your message to the recipient.

You are calm and collected in different situations and have the ability to focus on the right things. The job suits you if you collaborate well with others and relate to your surroundings in a sensitive and smooth manner. You listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts in a constructive way.
