Assistant Store Manager for Swedish Match Store in Strömstad

WaveCrest, on behalf of Swedish Match, is now looking for an Assistant Store Manager for the store in Strömstad. This position is a direct employment with Swedish Match.

This is a role for you who enjoy taking responsibility, motivating others, and working closely with both customers and the team in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are the same.

About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be the right hand of the Store Manager and a key part of the daily operations. You will lead the floor team, create structure in everyday tasks, and ensure that every customer receives a professional and welcoming experience.

You are operational, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role where you can combine service, sales, and leadership. When the Store Manager is not on site, you are responsible for the daily operations and help the team maintain high standards in everything from customer interaction to store presentation and routines.

• Have experience from retail or service
• Have previously held some form of supervisory role
• Have a good understanding of the store's operational flows
• Are confident in taking responsibility and making decisions
• Are motivated by sales, service, and people
• Have a structured work approach and like order and tidiness
• Thrive in a fast pace and enjoy working close to the operations
