Description

The unit consists of a unit manager, 2 team leaders, 15 social secretaries, and 1 administrative case handler, of whom 6 employees currently work in the area of functional support.

Responsibilities
In your role as team leader, you will be the supervisor at the Unit for Authority Adults and Functional Support. You will work in a team with the unit manager and other team leaders within the unit. We are now looking for a team leader who has competence primarily within the areas of LSS (Act for Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and social psychiatry.
As a team leader, your overarching responsibilities are to lead and distribute the work for the social secretaries, as well as to provide case supervision and develop the work.

Qualifications
You are educated as a social worker or have equivalent education assessed as equivalent. The position requires experience of case handling according to the Social Services Act, and it is meritorious if you have experience working with LSS and social psychiatry, as well as IBIC (Intensive Basic Intervention Care) previously. Your employee participation is deeply linked to your ability to collaborate and participate in the development of yourself and the operations. With us, this means that you have good cooperation with the manager and colleagues, both at your own workplace and in the rest of the municipality.
A Category B driver's license is a requirement.
