About the position

We are currently looking for someone who can work part-time on a schedule, as well as hourly substitutes who can work when regular assistants are absent, sometimes with short notice.

You will work in the user's home and immediate surroundings, becoming her extended arms and hands in daily life. The tasks are both practical and social, and you are there to create security, structure, and freedom in her life. The role includes both quiet moments and more active days, depending on her condition and planning.

Working hours are flexible with day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old
• You preferably have worked in healthcare and social services before
• You have good cooperation skills and can work independently
• You have a respectful and professional attitude
• You can work according to schedule, including weekends and evenings if needed
