We are now looking for a Manager for Business-Related Applications who wants to lead the next step in our digital development by combining strategy, leadership, and digital innovation to strengthen current operations and contribute to tomorrow's society.

As the Manager for the Business-Related Applications unit, you will lead, together with your team, the development of the digital products, applications, and shared capabilities that support the entire group's operations and customer interactions. You will be responsible for an organization that combines development, administration, architecture, and integrations, which together create long-term value for the entire group. Your days will be filled with rewarding tasks such as:

• leading and developing your team of project managers and specialist functions within the area
• being responsible for the development, administration, and further development of the group's digital products and business applications
• driving the development towards a product-oriented approach with a focus on customer value and operational benefit
• ensuring sustainable application architecture and integration capabilities
• serving as a strategic partner to the Division Manager for Digitalization in application and product matters

You thrive in change and drive development that actually moves organizations forward – from structure to product and value-creating flows. You are clear, simple in your communication, and good at creating alignment between operations, IT, and partners. With curiosity and a customer focus, you build a culture where people grow, collaborate, and deliver together.

We see that you have:

• A university education in a relevant field (IT, systems science, business development) or other experience that can be considered equivalent
• Experience of line management for managers, administration leaders, or team leads
• Experience of application administration or digital product development in complex environments with responsibility for delivery, quality, and cost.
• Experience of PM3 or a similar administration model for both self-developed and purchased systems
• Understanding of application architecture and integrations in a portfolio context

Certifications in PM3, agile methods, product management, or application architecture are meritorious.
