Your Role

The future looks very promising for Saab, and within Group IT, the need for system administrators within the Storage & Compute team is growing. In this role, you will become an important part of a team responsible for the operation, support, and management of IT environments used in the development of Saab's products. Your area of responsibility will focus on storage platforms.

Change and development are driven with a strong focus on IT security.

The tasks are varied – ranging from daily operations to project work in the form of migrations and new setups. You will work together with the team and be responsible for delivering high quality.

At Saab, you will work in a dynamic and varied environment where we jointly develop products and services that contribute to a safer society.

Travel within and outside Sweden may occur.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have good communication skills and a strong sense of service. You are engaged, technically interested, and have a genuine interest in infrastructure.

You work systematically, are security-conscious, and follow decisions, guidelines, and goals.

We believe you have:

• An interest in configuring, installing, and administering storage platforms in large IT environments.
• An interest in automation and efficiency.
• Experience with backup solutions.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience with agile working methods.

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the current regulations for security clearance. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
