The role combines hands-on full-stack development with clear technical leadership. You will be close to both technology and business, giving you significant influence over how the service develops. • You develop and further develop modern web services in a full-stack environment.
• You drive technical choices and contribute to architecture questions with a focus on quality, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
• You take a leading role in the team's daily development work and help the team make well-considered technical decisions.
• You create structure in the development process and contribute to efficient collaboration in a small cross-functional team.
• You support other developers by sharing experience, raising the quality of the delivery, and driving the work forward.
• You work closely with the business to ensure that the solutions meet both technical and commercial needs.

• At least eight years of experience in software development
• Very good knowledge of Java
• Experience with React and TypeScript
• Experience in full-stack development and modern web services
• Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Willingness and opportunity to eventually transition into employment with the client
• Confidence in taking a leading technical role and driving technical discussions in the team

• Experience with Kotlin
• Knowledge of microservice architecture
• Experience with REST, SQL, or Kafka
• Experience working in agile and product-oriented teams
• Previous experience in technical leadership, such as Tech Lead or senior developer with significant architectural responsibility
