You will step into a technically advanced and security-cleared operation where stability, security, and structure are crucial. Here, you will play a key role in driving operations, development, and further development of Linux-based environments with a focus on Red Hat Enterprise Linux. This role suits you if you thrive when given significant autonomy, making technical decisions, and bringing order to complex system environments.

A key part of the job is building and further developing automation with Ansible, as well as working both operationally and strategically with KVM-based virtualization platforms. You will also contribute to the construction and management of complex environments, including simulator solutions, alongside other senior specialists in system design, operations, and IT security.

This is an exciting assignment for you who want to combine hands-on operations with influence over automation, virtualization, and robust technical environments.

• Drive operations, development, and further development of Linux environments with a focus on RHEL.
• Design, implement, and manage automation with Ansible.
• Work with KVM-based virtualization platforms, both operationally and strategically.
• Standardize, optimize, and secure operational environments to create high stability and quality.
• Contribute to the construction and management of complex system environments and simulator solutions.
• Collaborate closely with senior competencies in system design, operations, and IT security.
• Troubleshoot and handle technical challenges, including in Windows environments when necessary.

• At least eight years of experience as a system administrator or operations technician.
• Documented senior-level and self-directed work approach.
• Very good and practical experience with Ansible, e.g., automation, configuration management, and deployment.
• Deep experience with virtualization using KVM.
• Very strong competence in Linux, especially Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Experience in designing, building, and managing robust Linux environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot in Windows environments.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance check (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Experience with networking and IP planning.
• Experience with firewall configuration.
• Experience with IT security in sensitive environments.
• Experience with physical installation and infrastructure work.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
