You will step into a business-critical and international CPQ environment where the Tacton platform plays a central role in advanced sales, product configuration, and quote support. Here, you will work closely with both development and operations in a role that combines deep technical modeling with greater responsibility for structure, quality, and long-term sustainability.

You build and further develop complex configuration models in Tacton CPQ, while contributing to common working methods, reusable modeling patterns, and clear technical principles. An important part of the role is also to make complex questions understandable and transform technical and cross-functional needs into clear decision-making support.

You collaborate with international business teams, engineering, sales, IT, external specialists, and management. This is a role for you who wants to influence how a central CPQ solution develops forward and who thrives when technical choices have a direct impact on business, scalability, and quality.

• You design, build, and further develop complex product configuration models in Tacton CPQ.
• You optimize existing models for efficiency, scalability, and manageability.
• You drive harmonization between product modules together with developers and business stakeholders.
• You define and document common modeling standards, review routines, and reusable patterns.
• You produce decision support regarding technical choices, harmonization opportunities, risks, dependencies, and recommendations.
• You further develop implementation practices and development principles within given frameworks.
• You test and validate product configurations and provide technical guidance to users and other stakeholders.
• You collaborate cross-functionally with business, technology, and management to create robust and sustainable solutions.

• Extensive experience with Tacton CPQ and strong experience in Tacton CPQ modeling.
• Good understanding of CPQ processes and how business processes are linked to modeling.
• Experience in translating requirements into robust models and clear decision-making support.
• Ability to communicate in Swedish and English with both business and technology teams.
• Experience working cross-functionally in agile or project-based teams.
• You are confident in making technical detailed decisions within agreed frameworks.

• Tacton CPQ certification or equivalent certification in configuration tools.
• Experience with ERP integrations and CPQ architecture.
• Strong competence in TCStudio and modeling, such as object hierarchies, attributes, features, constraints, and advanced logic.
• Programming experience related to cost or price visualization in Excel output.
