In this role as Test Manager, you will help secure IT environments!

We are looking for you who want to drive and develop testing work in complex IT environments. Your responsibilities

As a Test Manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on testing work in complex IT projects. You work closely with both the technical team and the business to ensure that solutions meet high demands for quality, functionality, and security. You lead a dedicated team and play a central role in coordinating testing efforts and ensuring that testing strategies are implemented effectively.

You will among other things:

• Develop and implement testing strategies and test plans
• Lead and coach teams within test development and test automation
• Ensure that tests are conducted according to requirements from the business and relevant regulations
• Be responsible for test-related compliance and verification of security requirements
• Plan, direct, and follow up on various types of tests within IT infrastructure
• Coordinate resources and schedules in line with the project's goals

Your profile

We are looking for you who are a confident leader with the ability to see both the big picture and the details. You have a structured approach to work and are accustomed to handling complex environments where quality and security are in focus.

We believe you have:

• Several years of experience leading testing work in larger IT projects
• Extensive knowledge of test strategy, test design, and requirement management
• Understanding of complex IT infrastructure and system integration
• Experience with test management in agile ways of working
• Good habit of documenting and presenting results to various stakeholders

Requirements

• Documented experience in test management
• Experience working structured with test methodology
• Ability to lead and coordinate teams
• Very good communication skills
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Merits

• Experience with testing focused on IT security
• Knowledge in test automation
• Experience with tools and frameworks such as Jenkins, TestNG, or JUnit
