At Frilufts Förskolor, we use outdoor pedagogy as our core method in all learning. This means that our gatherings, dining, play, creative activities, and more take place outdoors on the playground and in nature. We work according to our own concept, "With Veda and Barke in Nature," where the children belong to the groups Discoverers, Explorers, and Adventurers. Everything we do is guided by the keywords Safe, Fun, and Educational.

Are you interested in working as a casual staff member with us?

Many of our substitutes work every day. We preferably look for someone who is available to work at least 2 shifts per week.

You may receive requests for the same day, but also for several days or weeks in advance.

All candidates attending an interview at our office must present a valid extract from the police record (background check) and any other relevant certificates.

During the meeting, we will also tell you more about how our operations work.

Your qualifications

We are looking for someone who is engaged, positive, and able to quickly get up to speed with your tasks. You should be able to create a sense of security, share knowledge, and bring joy to the preschools, as well as take initiative. We would appreciate it if you have an interest in nature and outdoor life.

Frilufts Förskolor is a well-established company that has been active in the preschool sector since 1993. We run 11 preschools across five municipalities in Stockholm. The company is characterized by commitment, stability, security, joy in work, and close contact with management. We want you to share our passion for outdoor pedagogy. Together with the rest of the staff, you will be involved in the pedagogical activities.

We have preschools in Hässelby, Sollentuna, Danderyd, Upplands Väsby, and in Täby.

Education

We prefer that you have a high school education within the healthcare program, child and youth program, or equivalent education, but this is not a requirement.
