We invite you to apply for the position of Childcare Assistant (Barnskötare) at Metapontum Preschool. The preschool is located in the scenic Långbroparken in Älvsjö, within a culturally protected building. The preschool is part of Metapontum Primary School. Since 2018, Metapontum has been part of Atvexa, the main operator.

The preschool has space for 50 children, divided into three departments. All departments are led by a preschool teacher in collaboration with childcare assistants. Metapontum Preschool is an inclusive preschool where safety and participation are the foundation for children's development. We have a music and mathematics profile and work with a language-developing approach.

Your role as a Childcare Assistant:

• Be an engaged, solution-oriented, positive, and cooperative colleague.
• You have a good ability to build professional relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• You communicate well with children, guardians, and colleagues.
• Good familiarity with all governing documents for the preschool.
• You are expected to be able to open and close the preschool.
• Participation in the preschool's monthly APT (Department Planning and Theme Days).

We would prefer that you can start on August 5th. We apply a probationary period of 6 months.
