About the position

We at Bonzi are looking for new colleagues who want to work as a personal assistant for our client living in Gröndal.

Responsibilities:

• Support in daily routines and household chores
• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals
• Practical support at home and in everyday activities
• Lifting may be required during transfers

The position involves shifts scheduled as follows, both weekdays and weekends:

• 09:00–17:00
• 17:00–09:00 sleeping on-call, waiting time 8 hours

About the client

The client is a woman in her 40s who needs your help as an assistant in her daily life due to her MS symptoms.

There is a dog in the home, so you need to like animals and not be allergic. Manual transfers occur, so physical strength is a requirement.

To thrive in this role, you need to be flexible and able to adapt to the client's daily condition and needs. You have a good sense of when to take initiative and when to step back and give space. We appreciate that you are solution-focused, responsible, and can act independently without waiting for instructions when the situation requires it.

Personal maturity is highly meritorious, and we value that you are confident in yourself, reliable, and professional in your role as a personal assistant.

Your task is to be a support in daily life, always with respect, care, and sensitivity to the individual's needs and wishes.

Meritorious if you have:

• Professional experience with MS

Requirements:

• Not allergic to pets (dog lives in the home)
• Experience working as a personal assistant or within healthcare and social services
• Available to start almost immediately
• Physically strong, manual transfers occur

Scope: 2 positions, varying employment percentages, part-time 25–75%

Start date: Immediately. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

Important to consider before applying:

A prerequisite for starting employment at Bonzi is that you can present a valid ID and submit a certificate of personal details (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal details from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you wish to work with children and young people under 18, you need to present an extract from the criminal record register. It is important to order the extracts in good time, as the police's processing time may vary. Due to a legislative change effective March 1, 2026, the register check is expanded to include both extracts from the criminal record register and extracts from the suspicion register.
