In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on technically advanced projects together with experienced project teams and develop within commercial control, risk management, and project financing in an international environment.

As a Commercial Project Manager, you are responsible for the project's commercial and financial aspects throughout the entire project lifecycle. Together with the Project Manager, you ensure that the project delivers according to contract, budget, and set profitability goals while maintaining strong and professional customer relationships.

You will be a key person in the project organization and represent the business towards customers, partners, and other stakeholders with high integrity and professionalism.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Act as the commercial contact person for customers, partners, and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with internal functions such as finance, legal, tax, treasury, insurance, and other business units.

• Be responsible for the commercial control of the project and ensure compliance with contracts, terms, and requirements.

• Identify, analyze, and manage the project's risks and opportunities together with the Project Manager.

• Drive and coordinate claim management as well as handling contract-related issues.

• Be responsible for cash flow management, guarantees, insurance, tax issues, and financial hedging.

• Create budgets, conduct financial follow-ups, and report the project's financial status.

• Contribute to the project's overall profitability and business success.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a corresponding field.

• At least 3–5 years of relevant work experience in commercial project management, industry, infrastructure, or related areas.

• Experience in project financing, procurement, legal, contract management, or trade finance is advantageous.

• Good understanding of financial follow-up, budgeting, and business analysis.

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Experience with SAP is advantageous.

• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are a plus.
