Adecco's client, Thermo Fisher Scientific in Uppsala, is now looking for a Laboratory Technician for a consultancy assignment starting August 25th. This assignment is perfect for you who want to work in a laboratory and technical environment where quality and precision are in focus.

About the assignment

You will work in the Liquid Phase – Bulk department, where you together with a team are responsible for the production of liquid reagents in varying volumes – from 100 ml to 4000 kg. The work is carried out both manually and with the help of process equipment and control systems.

Examples of tasks:

• Production according to established process specifications
• Documentation according to QSR requirements
• Improvement work within the group
• Handling of heavy lifts and transportation with forklift

The assignment as Laboratory Technician is a consultancy assignment, starting August 25th and running through the end of the year, with a possible chance of extension. Working hours are daytime, Monday-Friday. As a consultant, you will be employed by Adecco Sweden.

About you

We are looking for you who have:

• Experience of working in a laboratory environment
• Interest in technical equipment and process work
• Good computer skills (including Word and Excel)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing
• You are meticulous, responsible and thrive with both independent work and teamwork. You appreciate a structured way of working and are happy to contribute with improvement suggestions.

Meritorious:

• Experience of GMP, QSR or ISO 13485
• Forklift license (training offered if needed)
