Responsibilities

As a Production Technician, your main tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Lead and drive troubleshooting during operational disruptions in the filling process.
  • Participate in and drive deviation investigations.

  • Participate in and drive change requests.
  • Update and improve instructions related to changes and lessons learned.
  • Work cross-functionally with production, quality, technology, and maintenance.

About You

To succeed in this role, you have experience working in a complex production environment where you have actively participated in troubleshooting and problem-solving close to operations. You have the ability to take a problem from the first observation all the way to root cause, action, and follow-up on effectiveness, and you thrive in a role where you take own responsibility and drive issues forward.
