We at Randstad Life Sciences are expanding our consulting team in Uppsala and are now looking, on behalf of one of our clients, for two Process Engineers. Here, you will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating and developmental production environment, where your primary focus will be on deviation management and equipment validation.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and has previous experience from the GMP-regulated pharmaceutical industry, with a focus specifically on deviation management, documentation, and equipment validation.

Responsibilities

Your main tasks include:

• Leading troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical investigations
• Ensuring processes comply with GMP, quality requirements, and technical standards
• Participating in the installation, commissioning, and validation of simpler equipment
• Supporting operators with knowledge and guidance
• Working cross-functionally with engineers, project managers, and quality assurance

Qualifications

• Education: Engineering degree (Master's or Bachelor's) in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience: Previous experience as a Process Engineer, Production Technician, or in Process Development from pharmaceutical manufacturing or medical technology
• Regulations: Documented experience working according to GMP, GAMP5, or ISO 13485
• Language: Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
