About the CompanyThe company is a well-established specialist firm within energy, environment, and process industry with over 25 years of experience in the sector. The operations are currently established in Central Sweden and are in a strong growth phase, now focusing on expanding operations in Uppsala.
The company primarily works with customers within cogeneration, industry, water and wastewater, energy, and production, where assignments are often socially critical and regulated. Customers include energy companies, process industries, and larger production facilities across Sweden.

About the RoleAs a senior project manager, you will have a central role in both project deliveries and the development of operations in Uppsala.
You will, among other things:
- Lead technical assignments within cogeneration, energy, and process industry
- Drive environment-related projects linked to permit processes, environmental investigations, and sustainability work
- Be responsible for customer dialogue, quotation work, and project management
- Work in an advisory capacity towards customers within energy and industry
- Be involved in building up and developing the office in Uppsala
- Act as a mentor and support for junior colleagues
- Contribute to business development and long-term customer relationships
- Work closely with technology, operations, and customers
The role implies great variation where projects can differ significantly depending on the customer and operation. Here, one does not work as a rented consultant but as a specialist and advisory partner to customers.
We are therefore looking not just for a technically strong person, but for someone who also thrives in a leading role with responsibility for people, customer relations, and business development.
We are looking for you who- Have several years of experience within energy, cogeneration, water and wastewater, or process industry
- Have experience in project management, assignment leadership, or personnel responsibility
- Have worked closely with customers and thrive in an advisory role
- Have a good understanding of processes, facilities, and technical regulations
- Speak and write Swedish fluently
- Have a valid driver's license (Category B)
