Fresenius Kabi continues to strengthen its project organization and is now looking for a Senior Project Engineer with strong technical competence and an interest in developing our production facilities. With us, you will become an important part of ensuring that we continue to deliver products that save lives.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will become a central part of our continued development. The role involves both operational work and strategic development of our technical processes. You will work closely with project managers, production, technical functions, and external suppliers. You will report to the Head of the Project Office.
You will:
- Contribute technical expertise in projects from feasibility studies to commissioning.
- Work with requirement specification, design processes, procurement, installation, and qualification of production equipment.
- Be responsible for supplier contacts, design reviews, and risk analyses within technical investment projects, system implementations, and equipment upgrades.
- Support the organization as a technical specialist and contribute to the development of working methods, processes, and tools.
- Work in a project-intensive environment where you regularly participate in our project process and the department's long-term improvement initiatives.
To succeed in the role, you need to be:
- Self-reliant, analytical, and structured.
- Quality-conscious and accustomed to working according to guidelines and requirements within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Comfortable with risk management and precise documentation.
- A good collaborator with the ability to create engagement and contribute to clear communication.
About You
As a person, you are structured, communicative, and responsible. You have the ability to create good collaborations with both colleagues and customers and contractors, while also being able to work independently and make well-founded decisions. We value technical interest and a willingness to contribute to the success of projects.
We would like you to have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., process, chemical, or mechanical engineering).
- Several years (>5 years) of experience in production and/or the pharmaceutical industry.
- Good experience in project work or project management in technical environments.
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both oral and written, at different levels of the organization.
- Good ability to work independently in an environment that requires extensive collaboration.
Advantageous experience:
- Life Science, GMP/GxP, ISO standards.
- Qualification and validation of equipment or systems.
- Experience as a BAS-U or BAS-P.

About the Position
The position is a fixed-term employment on probation, which after 6 months converts to a permanent employment after agreement between the parties. Immediate start.
