Are you a senior project manager with experience in energy, cogeneration, or process industry? Then this could be your next step.

Here, you won't just step into a new role. You will help build a new office in Uppsala together with an established specialist company with a strong position in energy, environment, and process industry.

This role suits you if you want to combine technology, business, and leadership in a fast-paced daily life with varied projects and significant personal responsibility. The role is particularly suitable for those currently working at a larger consultancy firm or within industry, who wish to get closer to business, decision-making, and customer relations.

Here, you won't be just a small part of a large organization. You will have a key role with significant authority and the opportunity to influence both operations, the team, and future business in the region.

This is a direct recruitment position, meaning the recruitment process is handled by Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client. All questions regarding the position and recruitment should be directed to the responsible recruitment consultant at Futuria.

About the Company

The company is an established specialist firm within energy, environment, and process industry with over 25 years of experience in the sector. The operations are currently established in Central Sweden and are in a strong growth phase, now focusing on expanding the business in Uppsala.

The company primarily serves customers within cogeneration, industry, water and wastewater (VA), energy, and production, where assignments are often socially critical and regulated. Customers include energy companies, process industries, and larger production facilities across Sweden.

What distinguishes the company is the combination of specialist competence, close customer relations, and own digital products linked to environmental reporting, emission management, and self-control. The company is a market leader in parts of its area and has built a strong reputation through long-term customer relations and high technical competence.

The culture is characterized by entrepreneurship, short decision-making paths, and high presence in operations. People work closely together, and much knowledge sharing occurs in daily work. It is an environment for people who thrive with responsibility, pace, and variation rather than large organizations and clear silos.

You will become an important part of the company's continued growth journey, with great opportunities to influence both operations, the team, and future business in the region.

You are offered a workplace with a high technical level, strong confidence in the future, engaged colleagues, and the opportunity to work with both consultancy services and digital solutions within energy and environment.
