About the role

Do you want to work in a high-tech and quality-driven production environment where your technical skills truly make a difference? We are now looking for a meticulous and solution-oriented Process Operator for Fresenius Kabi in Uppsala – a workplace where precision, quality, and safety are in focus. If you have previous experience in mechanics, are technically interested, or have worked extensively with your hands, this will be a great advantage in the role. As a Process Operator, you will become an important part of the pharmaceutical production. In this role, you will work with one of the various production processes: filling, preparation, and packaging machines. The role also includes conducting regular quality and safety checks.

The position is a full-time role based in Uppsala. Working hours are scheduled in 5-shift rotations with weekend shifts or 3-shift rotations. This is a consultancy assignment with a 6-month probation period and a high chance of extension. Your responsibilities

• Operation, cleaning, and handling of equipment, materials, and facilities according to company guidelines.
• Participation in qualification processes and reporting results in test protocols.
• Documentation of manufacturing processes in accordance with the company's operational systems.
• Conducting IPC (In-Process Control) checks and ongoing quality control.
• Operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of automated production equipment.

About you

We are looking for someone with a technical background and practical experience working with machines, production, or technical systems. Previous experience as a process operator, machine operator, automotive mechanic, maintenance technician, or service technician is advantageous. We also consider experience as an HVAC technician or other technical craft background to be a plus. You do not need to come from the pharmaceutical industry – the most important thing is that you have technical understanding and are accustomed to working in a structured manner.

Requirements for the role:

• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Technical, mechanical, or craft experience from previous jobs or education, which is particularly advantageous due to the department's technical complexity.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).
