Why this job is for you
You want to be part of enabling the development and production of tomorrow's medicines and medical technology products. As a Project Manager here, you will drive projects from concept to finished solution – and see how your work contributes to patients worldwide gaining access to new, life-improving technology. At the same time, you will develop as a leader and strategist – in an environment where technology, innovation, and people meet.
This could involve investment projects where new production lines or facilities are established, upgrade projects that increase capacity and quality, or tech transfers where products and processes are moved between sites. You may also work with the introduction of new equipment or the optimization of existing processes. The projects are often cross-functional and span from requirements definition and design to installation, validation, and commissioning in regulated environments, with close collaboration between production, quality, and engineering.
Here, you utilize your full skill set – technical, strategic, and relational – to lead complex projects in an environment where quality, innovation, and people meet. Your leadership makes a difference every day: you create structure, coordination, and results that endure over time.
You will not be alone. Everything we do, we do together. Here, you work side by side with colleagues who care – about the customers, the projects, and each other. We build our culture on trust, collaboration, and openness, creating an environment where you can lead with both structure and heart. We often meet in competence forums and project groups where we share knowledge, capture lessons learned, and develop common ways of working.
You will become part of our Business Area Compliance & Management, where we support an efficient transition to digital, sustainable, and secure solutions through expert knowledge in areas such as quality, safety, sustainability, and project management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate plans, change management, and work execution in projects
- Drive and lead projects according to set schedule, quality, and budget
- Be responsible for project results presented to a steering committee
- Manage project stakeholders and risks
- Lead and engage your project team members
Qualifications
We are looking for you who thrive in the role of the hub in complex projects – where technology, people, and goals meet. You have a structured approach to work, the ability to build trust, and a desire to drive development forward. You also have:
- A degree in Engineering or equivalent technical or biotechnical education
- Experience leading projects within Life Science, with budget responsibility and reporting to a steering committee
- Experience working in GMP-regulated environments and other GxP areas
- Good communication skills and experience handling various stakeholders
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- If you also have experience in change management or implementation of new equipment, processes, or technologies, we view this as an asset
With us, you get to use both your project management skills and your desire to make a difference – in an industry where the results of your work truly matter.
