The position belongs to the Eurofins Industrial Hygiene department in Katrineholm, which is part of Eurofins Pegasuslab AB. The operations mainly consist of assignments within technical occupational health care, occupational health measurements, analyses, rental of measuring instruments, and training within the occupational health area focusing on chemical health risks.

About the Role

The main tasks consist of conducting workplace measurements on-site at customer locations. Sample planning and report writing will also be part of the work over time, following internal training. Measurements are largely conducted in Central Sweden, but you will be based in Katrineholm where we handle measuring equipment and the analysis laboratory. You will also receive training in and work with several parts of the operations, such as laboratory work and chemical handling. This creates a good division of labor within the team but also provides a deeper understanding of the whole picture.

Requirements

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is curious, solution-oriented, and enjoys varied work. You like taking responsibility, have an eye for detail, and appreciate delivering high-quality work. You thrive in independent work at customer sites and find it easy to build trust with both customers and colleagues.

We prefer that you have post-secondary education in engineering or natural sciences, but practical experience with measurements is also advantageous.

Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

  • Has advantageous courses in Engineering or Natural Sciences.
  • Has advantageous practical experience in environmental measurements.
  • Is positive, has good communication skills, and finds it easy to build good relationships.

  • Has good computer skills and finds it easy to learn different systems.
  • Is willing to travel for work.
  • Takes responsibility for your tasks, completes them, and delivers with the right quality within set timeframes.
