Your new role

We are now looking for a driven and analytical Program Manager for Cost Reduction & Portfolio Management who wants to take a central role in developing the business and creating long-term results. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the executive team and business managers to identify, prioritize, and realize improvement initiatives that strengthen the organization's competitiveness.

You will become an important part of the Business Excellence function and have a key role in coordinating, monitoring, and developing our cost reduction program while contributing to the management of the organization's improvement and development projects.

Your main responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate the organization's cost reduction program.
• Set goals, monitor results, and report progress to the executive team and other stakeholders.
• Identify new savings opportunities together with various functions within the organization.
• Develop and quality-assure business cases for improvement initiatives and projects.
• Compile analyses, status reports, and decision support materials for management and steering groups.
• Ensure that savings and project data are registered and updated in relevant systems.
• Support portfolio management of the organization's development projects and improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and conduct presentations for both local and international stakeholders.

Salary: 40,000 - 64,000 SEK/month depending on prior experience.

To be successful in this role, you need

• A university or college degree, preferably in Industrial Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Good understanding of economic interrelationships and experience in creating business cases.
• Very proficient in Excel and with strong analytical skills.
• Very good experience in creating professional presentations in PowerPoint.
• Fluent communication in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and with a strong focus on results.
• Thrives in cross-organizational collaboration and building good relationships.
• Meritorious: Experience from manufacturing industry, service operations, or similar technical environments.
• Meritorious: Experience in business development, change management, or project management.
• Meritorious: Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, such as Power BI.
• Meritorious: Experience in portfolio management and monitoring of improvement programs.
