The Role

As an assistant, you will meet the company's customer flow. You become the first point of contact and thus the most important link as the representative of the company towards a potential business opportunity. You are driven and engaged by social interactions in all their forms and quickly find common ground to connect customer flows to the company for further processing.

Main Responsibilities

• Reception and processing of customer inquiries

• Showings and test drives

• Ad production

• Inspection reporting

• Booking and check-out

You are also responsible for cleaning common areas and arranging/moving vehicles inside and outside the company premises.

You will work closely with the sales team and strengthen the connection between production managers, the CEO, and sales. As part of the role, you will also receive mentorship from the company's CEO to gradually prepare you for future career opportunities within the company.
