Job Description and Responsibilities

We are now looking for an Operations Coordinator for our client's operations team in Sweden. The role offers a varied daily routine where you become a central function in the business, responsible for coordinating service and support-related activities. You will work closely with customers, technicians, and internal functions to ensure efficient processes, high service levels, and a well-functioning delivery.

As an Operations Coordinator, you become an important link between customers, partners, and operational activities. You work both administratively and coordinatively, focusing on creating structure, solving problems, and ensuring that customer needs are met in a professional manner.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Perform technical and/or administrative, mainly predefined, support activities for service operations and delivery.
• Handle incoming orders, inquiries, and/or cases regarding products and/or services.
• Perform order management for assigned customers and manage and archive customer information in the information system.
• Provide support to customers both remotely and on-site, as well as provide first-line support for emerging issues.
• Forward complex questions and cases to qualified service technicians, lead technicians, and operations managers.
• Collaborate with customers and sales representatives to clarify orders and questions.
• Participate in the investigation and resolution of commercial and/or technical issues.
• Provide technical product support before and/or after sales for the development, implementation, and operation of customer solutions.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who thrive in a coordinating role with many contact surfaces and who are motivated by creating structure and driving work forward. You are service-oriented, responsible, and have a strong result and customer focus. As a person, you are flexible, proactive, and have a good ability to prioritize between different tasks.

You work in a structured manner, have a safety-conscious approach, and appreciate collaboration with both customers and colleagues. Furthermore, you are communicative, solution-oriented, and contribute a positive attitude to the group. An interest in renewable energy and a desire for continuous development are seen as important success factors in the role.

Competency Requirements

• Experience from a similar role.
• Good knowledge of business English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP.
