About the role – Delivery & Support with Microsoft 365 and IT Security

In this role, you will work operationally with both support and delivery. You handle cases independently, are responsible for Microsoft 365-related setups, and ensure that our customers' environments are both stable and secure.

You are confident in customer dialogue, communicate clearly, and ensure that every case receives professional handling from start to finish. You work in a structured manner, document carefully, and actively contribute to the improvement of our processes.

Tasks within technical support and delivery

• Handle and resolve support cases in first and second line
• Independently deliver and configure Microsoft 365 environments
• Work with user management, onboarding, and offboarding
• Implement and follow up on security settings such as MFA and Conditional Access
• Ensure backup, endpoint protection, and basic security levels
• Document solutions and work according to our processes
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in support, network, and telephony
• Participate in improvement work to raise quality and efficiency

Qualifications – experienced, service-oriented, and security-conscious

We are looking for you who

• Have 3–5 years of experience in IT support and delivery
• Have very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (e.g., SharePoint, Entra ID, licenses, Intune)
• Have experience with MFA, identity management, and security settings
• Are accustomed to troubleshooting in Windows, Mac, and cloud environments
• Have a natural security mindset in your work
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and preferably English

Meritorious is knowledge in

• macOS and Apple Business Manager
• Intune or other MDM solutions
• Firewalls and basic networking
