We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive the development of an epic/project in Automation, Digitalisation, and Converting Process Integration. The client aims to centralize the configuration of quality parameters in this epic.

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for project execution and provide project leadership to deliver project results.
• Secure project deliverables according to the epic charter.
• Manage project/epic deliverables in a SAFe/hybrid organizational setting by utilizing scrum/kanban/agile development teams.
• Break down and plan the project into phases and fulfill the plan and project milestones on time and in full according to budget.
• Drive productivity in projects through the utilization of processes and tools, including quality, project governance, and risk management.
• Manage dependency prioritization towards teams.
• Secure project communication and documentation according to the project communication plan.
• Provide lessons learned and input for the improvement or development of processes and tools.
• Collaborate with project implementation teams.
• Present Project Status Reports in monthly sprint reviews and governance meetings.
• Participate in product increment and sprint planning.
• Execute according to Tetra Pak's strategy and its elements.

We believe you have:

• A passion for being a Project Manager and leading skilled teams toward a common goal.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a similar discipline; or equivalent skills and experience.
• PM certification.
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience.
• Leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting, fiscal management, and project planning.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.

Expected result

Design, develop, and implement a solution for the centralization of industrial process data parameters, including new work processes. The scope is a global centralization process but includes coordination of local drivers worldwide.
