We are looking for a Senior Database Administrator who wants to work with the latest technology within Oracle databases as well as Postgres in AWS.

In this role, you will:

• Maintain production and test environments.
• Manage the lifecycle of databases and associated environments.
• Enjoy a flexible workplace and work-life balance.

You will play a significant role in supporting our developers with new environments, performance, and planning. Therefore, you will primarily collaborate closely with IT Operations and IT Development. A key part of your job is handling incidents, configuration, performance measurement, and optimization, constantly striving towards ATG's goal – to develop the world's best gaming experience.

Is this you?

We are looking for someone with extensive experience and deep knowledge of Oracle and Postgres databases, as well as Linux. To succeed in this role, we see that you have a technical background and a university degree in Computer Science/Engineering (MSc/BSc or similar). You can take on various types of work and thrive in an environment where networking and collaboration are second nature. You are focused on problem-solving without losing touch with the team or other stakeholders. Furthermore, we seek you with good communication skills in both English and Swedish.

Requirements:

• Operations, installation, backup, restore, troubleshooting, and optimization of Oracle/Postgres databases.
• Extensive experience and knowledge of Linux.
• Experience in operations within server and database environments.

Meritorious experience:

• AWS experience.
• Oracle Exadata experience.
