About the Role

As a Digitalization and Marketing Assistant, you will help drive the company's digital development. You will work on process digitalization, e-commerce, and digital marketing via social media and campaigns. This role is ideal for you if you want to combine business knowledge with an interest in digital solutions and marketing strategies.

Your Profile

To fit into this role, we are looking for the following qualifications and traits:

• Completed education within the IB Career-related Programme (BAHM) or equivalent, supported by a high school diploma with good grades.
• Good proficiency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written (Grade 3 in Swedish and Grade 7 in English).
• Basic understanding of business administration, business economics, and the service industry.
• Ability to work in international teams and with different cultures.
• Strong teamwork skills and a strong service orientation.
• Responsible and willing to develop within business-related professions.
• Practical experience from a business entity (e.g., AB, HB, or UF-company) with a focus on digitalization.
• Experience with internships related to e-commerce or digital business development.
• Completed courses in economics (e.g., micro- and macroeconomics, market understanding) are a strong plus.
