We are currently looking for a Test Lead who can lead, develop, and create common working methods and strategies for testing, both strategically and operationally.

As a Value Stream Test Lead, you will play a key role in coordinating, creating structure, and ensuring high quality in the testing work within the value streams. You play a central role in ensuring that the joint initiatives and end-to-end flows of the development teams maintain high quality, and that the development teams begin planning their quality work early in the process.

You lead the way when teams need a common direction and become the unifying force for all testers within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the testing perspective is included from the start in new and existing requirements.
• Develop an overall risk list and mitigation measures for work within your value streams, and follow up on these. Escalate risks to the value stream.
• Ensure that quality attributes, also known as non-functional requirements, are considered in new and existing requirements.
• Support the teams in operational testing work. You are an advisor and method support when the teams need help, especially in complex situations, risk management, or dependencies between teams. You help the teams make smart choices that strengthen the testing work in the entire delivery.
• Coordinate system tests for work involving multiple teams and support the teams in the execution of the tests. If necessary, you support the teams in identifying and analyzing test flows and user groups affected. You contribute test ideas from an end-to-end perspective and help the teams see the big picture.
• Coordinate acceptance tests performed by the business for work that includes multiple teams. Support the teams in planning acceptance tests for their individual work.
• Develop, implement, and follow up on the test and release strategy. Together with other test leads within the organization, you are responsible for driving and creating overarching, common, and uniform working methods, methods, and tools for how the organization works with testing, risk management, and quality assurance.

Required Qualifications

• Several years of experience in the role of Test Lead.
• Experience from a complex organization with many delivery teams.
• Experience in risk management and risk-based testing.
• Experience in E2E and acceptance testing.
• Experience working in agile teams and organizations.
• Experience in establishing or developing test processes and common working methods.
• Ability to coach, drive, and create structure across multiple teams.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with SAFe.
• Experience with Rapid Software Testing.
• Experience with test-driven development.
