Then this is the job for you! As a low-code developer at the Functional Support Administration, you will become a key player in our digital development work.

Job Description

You will belong to the Digitalization Unit and, together with your colleagues, drive the digital development of smart, efficient, and user-friendly solutions in close collaboration with our operational departments, sister administrations, and the city's central IT and Digitalization organization.

The role includes, among other things:

• Develop e-services in Open ePlatform (for public e-service development)
• Build apps and automate processes with Power Platform (apps and process flows)
• Automate tasks with UiPath (for automation)
• Explore and develop our use of AI agents to further streamline and automate both digital solutions and development processes
• Work together with our operations from identified need to describing requirements, developing concepts, and then developing digital solutions
• Collaborate with other administrations and participate in city-wide networks of developers and various technical areas.

The role will evolve over time, and you have great opportunities to influence content and working methods. The usability and need for low-code-based solutions are increasing in our organization, not least through rapid AI development combined with existing technologies and working methods.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• Relevant technical higher education/university degree, or other education combined with experience that we assess as equivalent
• Relevant knowledge and experience in programming and development
• Experience with or a strong interest in low-code tools and platforms
• Worked closely with operations to jointly develop digital solutions
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and to absorb information in English
• Strong interest in technologies and keeping up to date with developments and trends in the field

We consider it meritorious if you have experience with:

• Work in the public sector, especially municipal operations
• Creating e-services or forms, for example in Open ePlatform or similar
• Work with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, Power Apps...)
• Work with automation via, for example, UiPath, Power Automate Desktop, or similar RPA tools
• Other low-code or no-code platforms
• Or a strong interest in AI agents as part of solutions or as tools in the development process
• Integration platforms and APIs
• Work with mobile solutions, architectures, and working methods
• Service design, UX
• Supporting roles such as IT support, system administration, or digital operational support
• Driving or facilitating workshops
• Project work or project management

As a person, you have the ability to work both strategically and operationally, with a holistic perspective on how operations, information, and technology interact. You are a good communicator and communicate persuasively, can engage and convey messages clearly, both in groups and individually. You are a good listener, analytical, and have the ability to switch between details and the big picture. You are creative, think new thoughts, and work agilely with a good technical understanding of digital solutions, user-centered development, and operational benefit in focus.

You will have a high degree of freedom, and we expect you to take responsibility and be self-reliant. You build networks, take initiative, and have a solution-oriented approach. You gain energy from finding and introducing improvements and new innovative working methods together with others. You are meticulous, structured, and care about maintaining high quality in what you deliver.

About the Workplace

The Digitalization Unit is located under the Health and Development Department. In close collaboration with our operational departments, we are responsible for and drive the administration's digitalization issues as well as the development and management of operational systems and workplaces.

In the Functional Support Administration, over 3,400 employees work together to create and develop even better support and services for people with disabilities. Our operations are within LSS (Act for Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), social psychiatry, personal assistance, escorts and substitutes, and health care. Also, severely ill children cared for at home are part of our mission.
