We are now welcoming a Value Stream Architect for Purchasing and Validation, a key role in an area that is central to the customer experience and Skånetrafiken's digital offering. You will hold together the technical direction, create clarity in complex contexts, and contribute to solutions that are sustainable, feasible, and coherent over time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Value Stream Architect, you have overall architecture responsibility within the area. You clarify needs, dependencies, and consequences, and ensure that solutions work across teams, system boundaries, and within Skånetrafiken's long-term target architecture.

You are part of the value stream's core team and work closely with development teams, business units, and other value stream architects. This role suits you if you want to combine strategic architecture work with concrete impact on solutions used daily by our travelers and employees.

Your main responsibilities include, among other things:

• holding together the technical direction, target image, and architecture principles within the value stream
• analyzing needs, dependencies, and consequences from an architectural perspective
• assessing feasibility and contributing to solution proposals, epics, and features
• driving solution discussions and ensuring that solutions hang together across teams and systems
• ensuring compliance with guidelines for architecture, security, information classification, and regulatory compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in the role, we see that you are a person who combines architectural height with practical implementation capability. You thrive in a role where you get to create direction, build consensus, and make complex questions understandable for both technical and non-technical audiences. Furthermore, you are confident in coordinating, challenging, and contributing to decisions that strengthen the whole. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

We are looking for you who have:

• several years of experience as a solution architect, software architect, or equivalent
• experience with complex system landscapes with integrations, dependencies, and multiple stakeholders
• ability to translate needs into sustainable architectural choices and buildable solutions
• habit of facilitating technical dialogues between business, development teams, and architect roles
• experience with agile methods
• very good language skills in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

It is meritorious if you have experience with:

• modern architecture patterns, such as microservices, domain-driven design, or event-driven architecture
• Azure, DevOps, Scrum, SAFe.
