We are now looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our client's dynamic and high-performing operational team in Sweden. Key Responsibilities

Your main tasks will include:

• Providing technical and/or administrative support, primarily involving predefined activities related to service delivery and operations.
• Handling incoming orders, inquiries, and cases regarding products and/or services.
• Managing order processing for assigned customers and handling and registering customer information in business systems.
• Providing support to customers, both remotely and on-site, as well as offering first-line support for any issues that arise.
• Escalating complex cases and questions to the appropriate function, such as service or lead technicians and operations managers.
• Collaborating with customers and sales representatives to clarify orders and inquiries.
• Participating in the investigation and resolution of commercial and/or technical issues.
• Supporting technical advice before and after sales in connection with the development, implementation, and operation of customer solutions.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we look for:

• Experience from similar roles.
• Very good business English skills.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience with SAP is a plus.
