We are now looking for you, who want and can take an important role in our mission. As a personal assistant, your task will be to make every day rich and secure for our client. He is a lovely young man who, despite being an adult, needs support in many parts of his daily life.

There is much he can manage with support from his assistants. It is through this assistance that he gets the opportunity to live his life according to his wishes, interests, and needs.

Together with the assistant, daily chores are balanced with fun activities. Examples include walks, watching movies, gym training, music, gaming (PlayStation), and various sporting events. Support is also provided for less enjoyable daily tasks such as cleaning, hygiene, and regular household chores.

The client has his own car which the assistants drive, so a B-driving license with manual transmission is a requirement. He lives in the countryside between Skövde and Tibro in a town called Värsås, and it is most suitable to travel there with your own car.

To succeed in this job, you must have a good command and understanding of the Swedish language. You need to have your own drive and a genuine desire to make every day valuable. You are a positive person who is confident in yourself.

The Assistant's Role and Experience

We are looking for you who have some experience from care or pedagogical work, but this is not a requirement. Personal qualities weigh heavier. The most important thing is that you and the client click – that the personal chemistry is right! If you are the right person, there is a fantastic, important, and rewarding job here.

Here you are offered a job where your effort is noticed and appreciated. Introduction and training initially take place at the workplace, which is also the client's home. You will receive individualized introduction and training in all aspects regarding the client's need for help and routines. It is important that you, as an assistant, get the right conditions to succeed in your new assignment.

Meritorious Experience

• Swedish in speech and writing.
• B-driving license is a requirement.
• Experience from work in care/elderly care or pedagogical work.

Working Hours/Employment Degree

• Hourly basis – extra hours as needed when the regular assistant is on sick leave or vacation.
• Start immediately or as agreed.

About the Position

• We apply wage according to Fremia Collective Agreement.
