Your responsibilities

We are looking for a teacher with subject qualification in Spanish. The position includes mentorship and requires close collaboration with other teachers.

As a teacher at Klaraskolan, it is important that you are a secure and clear leader with good pedagogical skills. You are skilled at adapting teaching to the students' needs. Your teaching is based on a relational perspective, uses collaborative structures for student-active learning, and adopts a formative approach. You have high expectations of the students and motivate them to learn and develop by clarifying goals and knowledge requirements. It is of great importance that you meet all students with a positive attitude, promote their participation and influence, and are flexible and creative. You also value building relationships with students outside the classroom.

You collaborate easily and see the work team as an asset. Together with the team, you plan, implement, evaluate, and develop teaching based on the school's steering documents and local development plans. The role requires a good ability to analyze students' needs and use a methodology well adapted to the student and the group. You are confident in documenting students' knowledge development and have good knowledge of our digital platforms (Unikum, Teams, etc.). You have a non-hierarchical approach, enjoy challenging others in a curious manner, and are willing to share your experiences.

Your qualifications

Certified teacher with subject qualification in Spanish. Previous experience working at the lower secondary school level is an advantage.

The certificate is free of charge but takes approximately 2-3 weeks for the police to process. Therefore, order it well in advance!
