We are looking for preschool teachers for Västanvindens Preschool, which is part of the Nissan operational area.

Västanvindens Preschool, part of the Nissan operational area, is now seeking dedicated preschool teachers. The preschool consists of three departments – Solen (The Sun), Månen (The Moon), and Guldfisken (The Goldfish, an allergy department) – where the age groups of the children vary over time.

Here, you will work in a unique environment close to both the sea and the forest, with a yard that invites play, exploration, and movement all year round. We use nature as a natural part of learning and make regular excursions in the local area.

Your Responsibilities

As a preschool teacher with us, you are responsible for:

• planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating teaching
• developing the operations based on our guiding documents
• contributing to a reflective and developmental approach together with colleagues

You are part of a close-knit work team and also collaborate with other preschool teachers, a pedagogical coordinator, a special needs teacher, and the principal.

Västanvindens Preschool is also one of Halmstad Municipality's training preschools with close cooperation with Halmstad University. To create good conditions for quality in teaching, we also have planning substitutes, which gives you the opportunity for joint planning every other week.

Your Qualifications

Requirements: Preschool teacher certification/degree.

You are a stable and secure person with a good ability to build trust with those around you. You work well with others and take responsibility for both your own and shared tasks. You can also work independently, are clear, proactive, receptive, and able to adapt to the children's needs. You work calmly and systematically with low-affective handling and have a positive and inclusive attitude. We place great emphasis on personal suitability for the role.

The certificate is free of charge and takes approximately 2-3 weeks for the police to process. Therefore, order it in good time!
