NTI Gymnasiet Södertörn is a personal school with 240 students, distributed across the Technology Program, the Electrical and Energy Program, Vocational Introduction, and the fourth technical year. Our physical education teacher, who has been with us for several years, is moving on to new challenges, and we are now looking for an engaged teacher who wants to take over the baton and teach Physical Education and Health as well as Natural Science.

About the position

As a teacher here, you will teach Physical Education and Health and Natural Science. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching based on the students' needs and course goals, with a focus on creating a safe, clear, and motivating learning environment.

We are looking for you who want to contribute to teaching where students develop both knowledge and skills, and where you help create engagement for movement, health, sustainability, and scientific perspectives.

The position is between 50 and 100 percent, depending on the subject combination and qualifications.

We are looking for you who

• are a certified teacher with qualifications in Physical Education and Health and/or Natural Science
• have clear and relationship-building leadership in the classroom
• have a good ability to build trusting relationships with students and colleagues
• enjoy collaborating and contributing to the school's joint development
• are problem-solving focused and creative in your teaching
• have the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively
• can handle unexpected events and solve problems both independently and in collaboration with colleagues

Experience of teaching at the upper secondary level is meritorious.
