Brandbergsskolan is now seeking an engaged teacher for grades 4–6 who wants to make a real difference in a multicultural context with a focus on language development.

About Us

Brandbergsskolan is a school for grades F–9 in Haninge with a strong sense of community and high engagement. Our students represent many languages and cultures, which we see as a great asset in learning.

We have very good results in the Swedish Schools Inspectorate's survey, particularly regarding safety, and we work purposefully to develop teaching so that all students can reach as far as possible.

Here, safety, relationships, and high expectations go hand in hand.

The Role

As a teacher in grades 4–6, you will:

  • plan and conduct teaching with high expectations for all students
  • work with language development in all subjects, focusing on students' language and conceptual development
  • build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians
  • create a safe and inclusive learning environment where all students succeed
  • collaborate in work teams and contribute to the school's joint development work

We are looking for you who

  • are a certified teacher for grades 4–6
  • have clear relational leadership in the classroom
  • see language as the key to learning in all subjects
  • want to work in a multicultural area and see the strength in students' diverse backgrounds
  • enjoy collaboration and want to be involved in developing the operations
