Are you a natural relationship builder passionate about creating a positive school culture? Do you want to be the bridge between the school, home, and society? As a School Ambassador with us in Trollhättan, you will have a unique hybrid role where you are responsible for strengthening the school's "spirit" in everyday life and welcoming new families. You will work on-site at the school in Trollhättan.

Your Mission

As a School Ambassador, you are the face of grades 4–9, but also a present force in the school corridors. Your mission is to build pride and community at the school by being present where the students are and driving activities that strengthen our school culture. At the same time, you are responsible for the entire admissions process and ensure that every family receives a warm and secure welcome.

Your main responsibilities:

🌟 Culture & Activities: You are a visible and reassuring adult in the school corridors. You actively work on "school spirit" and create an environment where students feel seen and proud of their school. You also plan and carry out activities outside the classroom that add value to the school day.

🌟 Relationship-driven Admissions: You are responsible for the entire chain from interest registration to the start of school. You manage the student queue and administer intake, with a focus on building trust and security for the applying families.

🌟 Events & Communication: You plan and lead Open Houses, information meetings, and school tours. You contribute to the school's visibility by sharing glimpses of our daily life and culture in our digital channels. You also proactively reach out to families on the waiting list to fill spots.

🌟 Collaboration: You work closely with the principal and the pedagogical team to ensure that every new student gets a smooth and welcoming start.

To apply, we require you to have

✔ Experience in service, administration, or sales, preferably from a school environment or another business with high customer contact.

✔ Some form of post-secondary education in communication, behavioral science, pedagogy, or equivalent work experience.

✔ Good ability to structure your own work and handle administrative systems (meritorious if you have experience with SchoolSoft).

✔ Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English. A third language is meritorious.

Conditions
  • Employment type: Fixed-term employment until December 31, 2026 (with possibility of extension). Holiday service, probationary employment applies.

  • Work hours: Part-time to full-time (50–100 %) depending on experience and qualifications.

  • Start date: Immediately or as agreed.
